JAMES MCSWIGGAN

Partner
James has nearly 20 years’ experience in Investment Banking and Fund Management in London, Southern Europe, Australia, Africa and Asia. He specialises in structuring, M&A transactions, and financial strategy and has transacted on over $5b worth of assets and projects.
James has served as a board member and director on listed and unlisted funds and corporates, including a $1.3b joint venture with Aberdeen Asset Management. He has also consulted and advised some of the largest companies and investors in the world whilst supporting government strategy.
Veronica Bolton-Smith

Advisor
Ms. Veronica Bolton Smith holds a solid background of 20 years of Africa-focused trade and investment experience. She brings extensive knowledge of African trade relations and has advised African heads of state on their foreign direct investment approach to create and broaden opportunities for investment in Africa.
Veronica has advised and led Africa investment strategies for several FTSE 100 companies, including De Beers, Anglo-American and Vodafone, among others. She is currently consulting for several corporate clients, including working as an Investment Lead.
