James has over 20 years’ experience across Investment Banking and Fund Management, working across London, Southern Europe, Australia, Africa and Asia. He specialises in transaction structuring, M&A and financial strategy, and has transacted on more than $5 billion of assets and projects.

James has served as a board member and director of listed and unlisted funds and companies, including a $1.3 billion joint venture SPV. His experience spans acquisitions, restructurings, capital raising, market entry and complex cross-border transactions.

He has advised major international companies and investors and worked alongside governments and institutions on investment and strategic initiatives, combining international transaction experience with practical execution in emerging markets.

Veronica has over 20 years’ experience in Africa-focused trade and investment, with extensive knowledge of African markets, international business and foreign direct investment. She has advised Heads of State on FDI strategy and worked with governments and institutions to develop and broaden investment opportunities across the continent.

She has advised and led Africa investment strategies for several FTSE 100 companies, including De Beers, Anglo American and Vodafone, bringing together corporate strategy, government engagement and deep regional market knowledge.

Veronica is also CEO of Critical Minerals Africa Group, with particular expertise in investment, strategic partnerships and the development of Africa’s critical minerals sector.

Kevin has over 14 years of experience across Africa in investment advisory, market systems development, business environment reform and political and commercial risk. He has led major programmes in Nigeria and Liberia, working with businesses, investors, governments and development institutions to strengthen investment conditions and accelerate private-sector growth.

His experience includes leading GROW Liberia and the UK-funded ENABLE2 programme in Nigeria, as well as advising on investment climate and regulatory reform. Earlier in his career, Kevin worked across political, security and investment risk, including assignments with Transparency International.

Kevin is also co-founder of Bature Brewery, Nigeria’s first craft brewery, bringing direct entrepreneurial and operating experience in one of Africa’s largest markets.
